❋ IN-PERSON · ILLAWARRAReiki is a Japanese healing modality that works with the body’s life force energy - known as ki or chi. The word itself translates as rei (universal) and ki (life energy). A Reiki practitioner channels this universal energy through light touch or near-body presence, supporting the body’s innate capacity to heal, regulate, and restore itself.
It is gentle, non-invasive, and deeply effective - working at the level of the nervous system, the energy field, and the body simultaneously. You remain fully clothed throughout and are guided into a deeply restful, receptive state.
Reiki does not override the body. It creates the conditions for the body to remember how to heal itself.

Every session at Haus of Hara begins with you. Before we begin, we set a clear intention together based on your outcomes - a focus, a question, an area of life or body you are ready to offer to the work. Reiki can be powerfully directed, and your intention shapes the session.

We open by creating space for you to share what brings you to Reiki — what you’ve been carrying, what you’re seeking, and what you’d like to move toward. From there, we set a clear intention together based on the outcomes you desire. No session is generic. Every session is yours.

All you need to do is receive. Rest. I do the rest. You lie fully clothed on a treatment table while energy is channelled through the hands — with light touch or hovering — across the body’s energy centres and field. Deeply restful, often profoundly moving, and always tailored to what your body is presenting on the day.

Throughout the session, I receive intuitive information — impressions, sensations, imagery, and knowing — that arise in response to your energy field. These insights form an important part of what we share with you at the close of your session.

Time is always held at the close of every session to debrief together. I share my findings, observations, and intuitive insights — and we create space to reflect on what arose, what shifted, and what to carry forward. You leave with clarity, not questions.

❋ OnlineEnergy is not bound by location. For those outside the Illawarra, distance Reiki sessions are available via video call - with the same intention-setting, intuitive insights, and debrief as in-person sessions.
